1. Aceptacion de los Terminos

By downloading, installing, or using the Mega Tickets USA app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Registro de Cuenta

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Compra de Entradas

All ticket purchases are subject to the following terms:

• A service fee of 2% + $0.99 per ticket is added at checkout
• Applicable state sales tax is calculated based on the event venue location
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase and before check-in
• Tickets cannot be resold above 150% of the original price on our marketplace
• Payment plans (4 installments) are available for purchases over $100

4. Transferencia de Entradas

Tickets may be transferred to other Mega Tickets USA users subject to:

• Identity verification via selfie is required before transfer
• A verification code is sent to the sender's email
• Transferred tickets receive a new barcode (old QR codes become invalid)
• A 24-hour cooldown period applies between transfers of the same ticket
• Maximum 3 verification attempts per transfer

5. Reventa de Entradas

The Mega Tickets USA marketplace allows ticket resale with the following rules:

• Maximum resale price is 150% of the original ticket price
• The same service fee applies to resale purchases
• Sellers receive payment minus applicable fees
• Listings can be cancelled at any time before a buyer purchases

6. Organizadores de Eventos

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, fulfillment of ticket obligations, and compliance with local laws. Mega Tickets USA is a platform connecting organizers and attendees; we are not the event organizer unless explicitly stated.

Organizer subscription plans (Free, Pro $29.99/mo, Enterprise $99.99/mo) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

7. Mega Connect

By opting into Mega Connect (our social matching feature), you agree to:

• Interact respectfully with other users at all times
• Not create fake profiles or misrepresent yourself
• Not harass, threaten, or send inappropriate content
• Only access Mega Connect with a valid ticket to the event
• Respect other users' decision to block or unmatch

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination. Mega Connect Premium ($9.99/month) unlocks additional features including the ability to share contact information.

8. Five Star Chauffeur

Transportation services are provided by Five Star Chauffeur, a third-party service. Mega Tickets USA facilitates the booking but is not responsible for the transportation service itself. Cancellation policies are set by the transportation provider.

9. Conducta Prohibida

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Create fake events, listings, or profiles
• Attempt to circumvent fees, payment processing, or security measures
• Scrape, data mine, or reverse engineer the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Share phone numbers in Mega Connect chat without Premium subscription
• Resell tickets above the 150% price cap
• Use automated tools to purchase tickets

10. Propiedad Intelectual

All content, design, logos, and code in the Mega Tickets USA app are owned by Mega Tickets USA Inc. Event content belongs to respective organizers. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

11. Limitacion de Responsabilidad

Mega Tickets USA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for event cancellations, service interruptions, third-party service failures, or damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

12. Resolucion de Disputas

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Terminacion de Cuenta

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, all personal data is deleted within 30 days.

14. Cambios a los Terminos

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
