Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Mega Tickets USA app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are subject to the following terms:
- A service fee of 2% + $0.99 per ticket is added at checkout
- Applicable state sales tax is calculated based on the event venue location
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase and before check-in
- Tickets cannot be resold above 150% of the original price on our marketplace
- Payment plans (4 installments) are available for purchases over $100
4. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to other Mega Tickets USA users subject to:
- Identity verification via selfie is required before transfer
- A verification code is sent to the sender's email
- Transferred tickets receive a new barcode (old QR codes become invalid)
- A 24-hour cooldown period applies between transfers of the same ticket
- Maximum 3 verification attempts per transfer
5. Ticket Resale
The Mega Tickets USA marketplace allows ticket resale with the following rules:
- Maximum resale price is 150% of the original ticket price
- The same service fee applies to resale purchases
- Sellers receive payment minus applicable fees
- Listings can be cancelled at any time before a buyer purchases
6. Event Organizers
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, fulfillment of ticket obligations, and compliance with local laws. Mega Tickets USA is a platform connecting organizers and attendees; we are not the event organizer unless explicitly stated.
Organizer subscription plans (Free, Pro $29.99/mo, Enterprise $99.99/mo) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
7. Mega Connect
By opting into Mega Connect (our social matching feature), you agree to:
- Interact respectfully with other users at all times
- Not create fake profiles or misrepresent yourself
- Not harass, threaten, or send inappropriate content
- Only access Mega Connect with a valid ticket to the event
- Respect other users' decision to block or unmatch
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination. Mega Connect Premium ($9.99/month) unlocks additional features including the ability to share contact information.
8. Five Star Chauffeur
Transportation services are provided by Five Star Chauffeur, a third-party service. Mega Tickets USA facilitates the booking but is not responsible for the transportation service itself. Cancellation policies are set by the transportation provider.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Create fake events, listings, or profiles
- Attempt to circumvent fees, payment processing, or security measures
- Scrape, data mine, or reverse engineer the Service
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Share phone numbers in Mega Connect chat without Premium subscription
- Resell tickets above the 150% price cap
- Use automated tools to purchase tickets
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and code in the Mega Tickets USA app are owned by Mega Tickets USA Inc. Event content belongs to respective organizers. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Mega Tickets USA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for event cancellations, service interruptions, third-party service failures, or damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
13. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, all personal data is deleted within 30 days.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

16. Dating Features Terms
By using Mega Connect dating and social features, you agree to the following terms:
- You must be 18 years of age or older to access and use Mega Connect. Age verification is required before activation
- Harassment, stalking, threatening behavior, or any form of inappropriate conduct toward other users is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension
- All photos uploaded to your Mega Connect profile must be of yourself. Using photos of other people, celebrities, or AI-generated images (catfishing) is a violation of these Terms
- Mega Tickets USA reserves the right to permanently ban users who violate community guidelines, with or without prior notice
- Matches and conversations within Mega Connect are private. Sharing screenshots, recordings, or content from private conversations without the other party's explicit consent is prohibited
- Mega Tickets USA complies with all applicable Florida dating application laws, including Florida Statute Section 501.174 regarding data breach notifications and consumer protection regulations
17. Chauffeur Service Terms
Transportation services offered through the app are subject to the following terms:
- Third-party service: Five Star Chauffeur is an independent third-party transportation provider. Mega Tickets USA facilitates the booking but does not own, operate, or manage the chauffeur fleet
- Service quality: Mega Tickets USA is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or safety of the chauffeur service. Complaints regarding transportation should be directed to Five Star Chauffeur directly
- Cancellation policy: Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee as determined by the transportation provider
- Insurance: All rides booked through Five Star Chauffeur are covered by a $1,000,000 (one million dollar) commercial liability insurance policy maintained by the transportation provider
18. Anti-Fraud Agreement
To protect the integrity of ticket purchases and prevent fraud, you agree to the following:
- GPS verification: You agree to enable GPS location services during event check-in for venue proximity verification. This is required to validate your ticket at the gate
- Non-transferable QR codes: QR codes are bound to your account and are non-transferable outside of the official in-app transfer feature. Attempting to use another user's QR code is a violation of these Terms
- No screenshots: Taking screenshots of QR codes, sharing ticket barcodes via messaging apps, social media, or any other channel outside the app constitutes a Terms violation and may void the ticket
- Chargeback policy: Filing fraudulent chargebacks (disputing a legitimate transaction with your bank or credit card company) may result in immediate and permanent account termination, forfeiture of all active tickets, and referral to collections
- Mega Tickets USA uses HMAC-SHA256 signed rotating barcodes that refresh every 30 seconds, rendering screenshots useless for check-in purposes
