Buyers are charged at checkout when purchasing tickets. Organizers on paid plans are billed monthly on the date they subscribed. Event Boost charges are billed daily for the duration of the campaign.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Ticket buyers receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase, before event check-in. Organizer plan subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. no refunds for partial months. Event Boost campaigns are non-refundable once started.
Organizer payouts are processed automatically via Stripe. Free plan organizers receive payouts weekly. Pro and Enterprise organizers can choose daily, weekly, or custom payout schedules. Funds are deposited directly to your linked bank account.
